Refunds

Refunds are only available if items are out of stock, or issue with quality of products. A refund can be claimed only if products are found damaged prior any usage and must be unused and in the same condition received.

Once we receive your item, inspection and notification of receive will be noticed. Immediate notification will be sent out on the status of your refund after inspection of the item.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for changes in sizes of the item itself. Note that, exchanges are not available for all items. We don't charge any additionally fees (service fees or handling fees) for size exchange. If you were to make an exchange, please first contact customer support through email. The items must be unused and in the same condition received. All close-fitting, personal clothing are not exchangeable. Also, customer is responsible for all costs of shipping and loss or damage during the return of products.

Returns and Refunds of products due to any reasons beside quality issues are not accepted.
