Shipping delivery estimates

 If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you placed it. Depending on the items in your order, your shipment may come from both US and international locations. Due to this, you may receive multiple packages for one order. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order items once back in stock. The estimated wait time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page. Shipments are not made on weekends and federal holidays.

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 We offer free shipping for all orders over USD$69.

 Estimation delivery time might vary considering the region of destination and delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unexpected circumstances, such as flight restrictions, bad weather, etc.

 Shipping time does not include order processing time. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and shipping will begin after the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 Countries and regions that cannot be delivered will be updated from time to time according to the international situation.

 

International Shipping Policy

 Our international shipping options and fees are detailed at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees.

 *Once orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Package Damages

 DZOOY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Package Lost

 After our orders are delivered, we will take photos and document them to prove that the package has been delivered. If you lose your package, please ask your neighbor or apartment manager if they saw or took your package by mistake. Please negotiate with the logistics provider or contact our customer service for advice.
